Project Administrator
The Project Administrator provides the company with a broad based administrative support to help in achieving operational goods
Job Description
- General Office Duties- filing of documents, copying, scanning, follow-up with customers, vendors and subcontractors when required, help manage voicemail box
- Organize meetings/events , mange records
- Manage and update customer binders/website portal for customers
- Update Job Cost Binders as needed
- Place orders for jobs and office when necessary
- Assist management with coordinating subcontractor site meetings and work
- Assist management with sending out subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders
- Assists management with filing for permits and licenses
- Scan, copy, print sets of plans for office and job sites
- Help establish & organize other speciality projects such as company tool inventory, documents for annual subcontractor meeting, client/subcontractor gifts, etc.
- Provide complete support to management staff
- Other duties as assigned
Background and Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent * College Degree is a plus
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of all office practices and software. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access, Dropbox
- Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter
