The Challenge

This job’s challenges included permitting a large addition including a covered porch and swimming pool within the Anchorage district; and meeting all of their hard surface requirements.

The Solution

To compact this, we worked back and forth with the architects and designers to make sure the homeowner got the project they desire while still meeting the requirements of the city.

The Result

All of our teams’ hard work resulted in the creation of a backyard dream for the homeowner to enjoy with her children for years to come.
